Three ways to log in to Storefront - Salesforce B2B Commerce Cloud - Blog - 07
How to log in to Storefront ?
Lets find out 3 WAYS to do this
We can log into the Store/Storefront in three different ways :
- Get into the Store anonymously
- Log in to Community as a User
- Log in as CSR Flow
Lets explain each of them one by one in short.
1. Get into the Storefront anonymously :
- Anonymous means what a general public sees without logging into the Store.
- With the help of configuration, we can restrict public to do checkout therefore indirectly forcing them to log into the Store.
- Also. we can turn off anonymous browsing altogether and so, they need to login for seeing the products.
SETUP --> All Sites --> Copy and paste the url text in different web browser
2. Log into Community as User :
- Here, with the proper access, customers can see products and pricing.
- It allows customers a different browsing experience and making purchases on their behalf.
Select a CONTACT (who has access to community) --> Log in to Community as a User/as an Experience user --> Select a STORE --> Continue
3. Log in as a cSR Flow :
- It requires 'Internal Salesforce user permission' instead of permissions assigned to Contact that we are using.
- For CSR Flow users, we can hide or show things on the Store.
Select a CONTACT(who has CSR permission) --> Select CSR Flow from the dropdown --> Select Store --> Continue
